The Challenge
Lead generation through digital marketing
Contend Capital built its business on cold calling and continuing to hire more sales reps to generate the revenue they needed. The strategy proved to be inefficient, and Contend needed a partner to create a lead generation strategy through digital marketing.
Website refresh
Contend Capital lacked a cohesive digital brand and presence. Their website was in need of a refresh and also needed to be set up to properly track the journey of their leads. They also lacked landing pages that worked in alignment with their ad strategy.
Lack of proper lead intake, qualification, and lead funnel
Contend Capital lacked a proper sales funnel, from the initial conversion to the qualification process to routing leads to the right sales reps.
The Solution
HubSpot CRM Implementation
Revvy started with building a strong understanding of Contend Capital’s business, goals, challenges, and devised an implementation strategy that would support Contend Capital’s shift to digital marketing and selling. We onboarded Contend Capital into HubSpot’s CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CMS Hub.
Ad strategy, design, & management
In parallel with the CRM implementation, Revvy worked closely with Contend Capital to create an ad strategy to target their ideal customers. We designed and created the ad assets, and led the management of their ads.
Website and landing page design, build and optimization
Revvy designed and built Contend Capital’s website and landing pages to work in alignment with their ad campaigns, creating a cohesive and seamless customer journey.
Lead conversion, qualification, and sales funnel
Revvy built conversion paths, offers, and call-to-actions to convert leads. We then synced Contend Capital’s website and landing pages with their now built CRM to intake new leads, qualify leads within HubSpot, and quickly route them to the right sales reps.
Sales pipeline & management
Once the leads came into the system and the sales team began to work the leads, Contend Capital needed a pipeline & lead management solution, which we built into their HubSpot CRM, enabling their sales reps to easily and efficiently manage their pipeline.
