The Challenge
Centralized Customer Management
Core Biogenesis was preparing to launch a host of new products and needed a CRM to manage their leads and customers. The solution needed to integrate with a handful of tools in order to bring their full buying process, order management, and payment management into one solution. It also needed to allow their sales, support, and operations teams to manage their customers from one tool.
Design & Implement Sales System
Core Biogenesis needed a consultant who was familiar with how to design and build sales systems with HubSpot. They needed help defining requirements and understanding the full power of HubSpot. The goal was to create an automated sales system that could intake leads, segment and route them to the appropriate salesperson, track sales activities, sales pipeline, order management, quoting and invoicing, and more.
Siloed Tech Stack & Systems
As a biotechnology company, certain regulations and rules are required to operate. This led to a siloed tech stack and systems that did not natively integrate - forcing their teams to waste time with duplicate and manual data entry and managing orders, customers, and payments from multiple systems.
Customer Support
Core Biogenesis needed a customer support and ticket management system to manage any customer issues from their orders and sales.
The Solution
HubSpot CRM Implementation
Due to strict regulations in the Biotech space, Revvy took Core Biogenesis through a thorough discovery and requirement gathering process, which included meeting with all stakeholders from sales to operations to finance and legal. At the conclusion, Revvy developed and presented a prioritized implementation plan to the key decision makers with Core Biogenesis. Once approved, Revvy implemented the roadmap across HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub roadmap with best practices.
Design & implementation of sales system
Revvy worked closely with Core Biogenesis teams to design and implement a sales system that was capable of intaking leads from a variety of sources, qualifying and routing leads, managing active leads through closure. The system also provided robust reports and dashboards to forecast and review sales performance.
Order & payment management integrations
A core component to the success of this project was integrating order management and payment processing tools with HubSpot. The tools needed to trigger and automate off of each other and make sure the sale, order, and payment all synced and aligned. Revvy successfully integrated the full end-to-end sale, order fulfillment, and payment processing tools together.
Customer support & ticket management implementation
Revvy implemented a ticket management system that provided customers with numerous options to submit an issue, route the ticket to the right team (website, order fulfillment, finance, etc), and track the KPIs of their tickets and support teams.
Sales, support & ops team training
The Core Biogenesis team was new to HubSpot and required hands-on training to understand both the basics of HubSpot but also the new system. Revvy took the teams through hands-on, team-oriented training, created step-by-step guides and videos.
