The Challenge

Enhance and automate CPQ process
Building Champions needed a technical partner building a Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) process for the sales teams. Their previous process was manual, time consuming, and required working across multiple tools. 

Integrate and sync HubSpot x PandaDoc
Building Champions was using both HubSpot and PandaDoc but did not know how to properly set up the integration and optimize the features and automation between the tools. 

Outdated and copy-heavy proposal
Building Champions was eager to upgrade the design of their proposals and incorporate more value-add assets with images and videos to help personalize and proactively address frequently asked questions that slowed the purchasing process.

The Solution

Proposal redesign
Revvy redesigned Building Champion’s proposal and worked with the team to strategize and create value-add assets in the proposal, which were specific to each proposal type.

HubSpot x PandaDoc integration
Revvy integrated HubSpot and PandaDoc and enabled the tools to automatically sync customer data upon the creation of a proposal.

Implemented and optimized CPQ process
Revvy worked with the Building Champions sales teams to create smart contract templates in PandaDoc that synced with HubSpot. This enabled sales teams to accurately automate the creation of customized quotes for each prospective customer.

Optimized HubSpot x PandaDoc payment processing
To provide customers with a more seamless purchasing process and reduce friction to buy, Revvy configured payment processing within the proposals that integrated with HubSpot and Quickbooks. This also provided Building Champions with the ability to attribute payments to specific deals in their pipeline and improve their reporting.
